LipRelish by Tam is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by misuse, overuse, failure to follow instructions, or individual sensitivities.

Ingredient information is provided to the best of our knowledge and based on supplier disclosures. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase and ensuring products are suitable for their personal use.

LipRelish by Tam cannot guarantee that products are free from all allergens and is not responsible for allergic reactions.

 

4. Flavored Products Disclaimer

Some LipRelish by Tam lip products may contain cosmetic-grade flavor oils for sensory purposes only.

6. Children & Guardian Responsibility

Products sold by LipRelish by Tam are intended for use by adults or with parental/guardian supervision. By purchasing products for a minor, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for product selection, use, and supervision.

 

7. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

In the event of a pricing, typographical, or inventory error, LipRelish by Tam reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order at our discretion.

 

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are processed within the stated processing timeframe. Once an order has been shipped, LipRelish by Tam is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon shipment.

 

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items received damaged or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo documentation.

 

10. Packaging & Product Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, scent, or packaging may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

Specialty containers (including novelty or non-traditional packaging) are designed for cosmetic use and should be handled with care.
